San Miguel Says Goodbye to Francisco Moreno

Dear San Miguel Partners,

We would like to announce a bittersweet transition. After eleven years of service with San Miguel High School, Francisco Moreno, Vice President of Corporate Relations, will be leaving San Miguel as he embarks on a new chapter of his life. We are grateful for the amazing work Francisco has done in his time at San Miguel and wish him the best of luck in all of his future endeavors. Amidst this transition, we would like to welcome Stephanie Bermudez, as the new contact for inquiring companies. For any corporate relations needs, please contact Stephanie at,

For questions regarding this upcoming transition, please contact Samantha Miller, Vice President of CWSP Operations, at

From Francisco Moreno:

"Eleven years goes by very fast when you love what you do. My passion for the San Miguel mission started as Admissions Director, and continued in my current role as Vice President of Corporate Relations. It is with a mix of both sadness and excitement that I share my decision to pursue a career change and leave San Miguel High School. I want to take this opportunity to thank all our corporate partners that have supported San Miguel over the years, and pass the torch to my colleague Ms. Stephanie Bermudez. I have been blessed to work with each and every one of you over the years. It has been a pleasure serving you all, and I encourage you to continue supporting our mission and providing our students with educational and career opportunities that may not have seemed possible.

If there is anything that you would like to be addressed before I leave, please do not hesitate to contact me, otherwise, rest assured that my colleagues will work with you closely and address all of your needs. My last day will be September 12, 2019.

May God continue blessing you all."

From Stephanie Bermudez:

"It’s been a great six months! It just confirms how time flies, especially when you’re having fun. In March, I started with San Miguel as the Business Development Manager. Now, as Francisco transitions, I will be taking over as your new point of contact. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with anything you need, I am happy to help. Once I am up and running, I will be circling back to those of you I have met and reaching out to all to connect in-person.

This Summer, we placed 32 San Miguel Interns in government positions across City of Tucson and Pima County.

Coming up in October, San Miguel and partners are leading the 1st ever Youth Summit at TENWEST Impact Festival; Your Future Workforce, Now. We will focus on the newest data and industry trends, while testing the potential of what San Miguel jobs could shape to be in the future

Our future goals include hosting a pop-up event for supervisors and a Lunch and Learn for potential future partners. I can’t wait to further contribute to a fun and forward-thinking community, offer learning opportunities, and support with shaping a community for corporate partners."
